Corktown Noodle Shop Ima Starts Serving Lunch Next Week

VITAL UPDATES — Corktown noodle shop Ima is increasing its hours. The Michigan Avenue restaurant helmed by chef Mike Ransom will expand its service beginning May 16 with a brand new lunch and extended dinner hours during the Friday and Saturday rush. During the week the restaurant will convert to counter service for speedier service and will switch to table service on the weekends. The updated hours are: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and noon to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Ima’s menu featuring udon noodles and rice bowls will remain the same for the time being with some new items rolling out in the coming months.
